On Wednesday, February 12th, Stephen will address camp directors at the annual national conference of the American Camp Association (ACA) in San Diego, CA. His presentation, “Unleashed” applies several management principles, including alignment, engagement, employee satisfaction, and net promoter scores, to the camping industry. ACA accredited camps serve 7.2 million families. While in San Diego, Stephen will also hold a signing for his new book, “IMPACT – An Introduction to Counseling, Mentoring, and Youth Development,” and tape a podcast for CampWire.
