Wallace Speaks About Transition to College at Boston-Area Event

On Tuesday, March 25 Stephen gave a keynote address for Youth Health Connection, a Massachusetts based organization, dedicated to mental health and physical well-being of young people. Stephen’s topic, the transition from high school to college for teens and families, included new research from the Center for Adolescent Research and Education (CARE) at Susquehanna University, which Stephen directs, and the national SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) organization.  It also featured information found in Stephen’s column, “Already Gone – A Parent’s Guide to Surviving Senior Spring.”  In addition to his work at CARE and SADD, Stephen is a monthly contributor to The Huffington Post and Psychology Today, a parenting expert at kidsinthehouse.com, and a director at Cape Cod Sea Camps in Brewster, Massachusetts.
