On Sunday November 4th, Stephen spoke at a medical conference sponsored by the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians. His remarks, Back to the Future – A Primary Care Physician’s Guide to Youth Risk Behaviors and Prevention, was based on his original research for SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) – including new data from a SADD/Liberty Mutual Teen Driving Study – and the Center for Adolescent Research and Education (CARE) at Susquehanna University, which he founded and directs.
