On Thursday October 21, Stephen spoke to parents at Avon Grove Charter School in West Grove, PA. This Parent Power program was sponsored by Liberty Mutual Insurance and featured information about underage drinking and other drug use, teen bullying, violence, and suicide and the role of mentors, including parents and grandparents, in influencing young people to make good decisions regarding personal health and safety. Stephen also talked about his book, Reality Gap: Alcohol, Drugs, and Sex … What Parents Don’t Know and Teens Aren’t Telling.
