On Friday, April 30th, Stephen joined a panel of experts at the Tsai Performance Center at Boston University to discuss the dangers of cell phone use while driving. This event is part of Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studio’s No Phone Zone Day, aimed at increasing awareness, honoring victims, and motivating individuals to take action. Events were held around the country and the Oprah Winfrey Show featured a special episode about distracted driving with highlights of local events via live satellite. Close to 300 SADD students from across Massachusetts filled the auditorium and served as the backdrop for live interviews from Boston.
