On Tuesday and Wednesday, October 13th and 14th, Stephen joined an expert panel convened by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) to offer advice regarding the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign and President Obama’s first national anti-drug strategy. He has served as spokesperson for a number of ONDCP initiatives during the past five years.
