Wallace Speaks in Victor, New York

Stephen spoke to parents and students at Victor Central School in Victor, New York, on Wednesday, April 8th.  His “Family Focus” program explored the intracacies of parent-child communication and how it changes during a child’s teenage years.  Using anecdotes and statistics from SADD’s Teens Today research, Stephen linked that communication to youth decision-making on such issues as underage drinking, other drug use, and early, intimate sexual behavior.  He also highlighted the many positive contributions young people are making to their families, schools, and communities.  More information about Stephen’s presentation in Victor can be found here.  The event was covered by News 10 NBC.  After the event, Stephen was at the Barnes & Noble in Rochester to sign copies of his book, Reality Gap.
