Stephen Wallace, chairman and chief executive officer of SADD, was recently awarded a Certificate of Recognition from the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy at a press conference on Boston’s City Hall Plaza. The Certificate hailed Wallace for effectively communicating the risks of destructive decisions to America’s youth, parents, and public, stating: “Your ability to articulate the problem and motivate people toward solutions is truly commendable. Through your efforts, the community will be safer and youth will be able to reach their full potential. The nation is enriched by your tireless efforts to reduce underage drinking and drug use.”
