On Friday night October 8th, Stephen spoke to a crowded room of parents at the Tilton School in Tilton, NH. The school’s Alumni Council organized the event as part of it’s annual Parent’s Weekend. Stephen’s topics included the powerful role that parents can play in the choices their children make, the positive contributions young people are making to their families, schools, and communities, and the importance of open, honest parent-teen communication. Stephen also shared stories from his work with teens as a college professor, school psychologist, researcher, and director at the Cape Cod Sea Camps. A question and answer and session followed Stephen’s presentation.
