On April 1st, Stephen delivered the keynote address at the annual Parent Awareness Night, encompassing four schools in the greater Wilmington, Delaware area. He then spoke to students at Sanford School on the morning of April 2nd. Stephen also signed copies of his new book, Reality Gap.
Sanford School is hosting this year with a presentation by Stephen Wallace, Chairman and CEO of SADD. Mr. Wallace is also the author of Reality Gap, a book that explores the divide between parent’s perceptions and their children’s reality. The presentation explored this “reality gap” and will offered practical advice and strategies to help parents improve communication and strengthen our family relationships to help children overcome the dangers of their difficult teen years. Also participating in this presentation was a panel of Upper School students from Sanford, Tatnall, Tower Hill and Wilmington Friends.
