Wallace Speaks at Utah Conference

On Tuesday, May 31st Stephen will address youth and educators at a prevention conference in Ogden, UT. During his two-hour presentation, Stephen will cover such urgent topics as the role that underage drinking plays in placing young people at risk for other drug use, automobile crashes, unplanned sexual behavior, violence, and suicide.  He will also talk about how peer-to-peer programs, such as SADD, working in concert with caring adults can have an enormous community impact on keeping young people safe and promoting positive contributions through community service and service learning programs.  Finally, Stephen will discuss the SADD Teens Today research on informal mentoring and the benefits of mentoring to young people. Stephen will take questions from the audience and will be signing copies of his book, Reality Gap.
