Wallace Publishes Column on Teens and Sleep

Stephen’s new piece for Psychology Today, “Let the Kids Sleep, Part III,” furthers the dialogue on the important issue of sleep hygiene and the challenges facing adolesents in juggling multiple commitments and demands while getting enough sleep to perform optimally and avoid physical and mental health problems.
